“I have been using Cleverdot to host my main website, www.woodworkerspecialties.com for about 6 years now (and my new site www.leviguitars.com for about a year). I was a bit nervous at first in dealing with a smaller company (initially went with them based on a recommendation for both their service and rates), but have been quite impressed with their customer support. I haven’t had a lot of problems, but on the occasion when I there has been snags, their response to my emails has always been prompt, often receiving a reply within minutes, and fixes taken care of immediately when it was in their power to do so, or clear recommendations when the problem was on my end. I have recommended them to several friends who are now using their service, and will continue to do so.”
